Non-thesis tracks:

We offer a high-quality and fascinating LL.M program. The courses are taught by the best lecturers in the faculty, alongside leading judges and lawyers, and were developed especially for this program. The head of the program is former Supreme Court Justice Prof.  Yoram Danziger.

The program is tailored for active attorneys who combine work with studies. Classes are held on Tuesday afternoons (in class) and Friday mornings (via Zoom).

 

One may choose between a tight one-year format (including a concentrated opening course and a summer course), or a more spacious two-year format (the two-year format does not include the concentrated opening course and the summer course).

 

The following sub specialties are available in both formats:

 

Master of Law (LL.M.), Commercial-Civil Law program (1471)

Designed for jurists, seeking to deepen their training in issues such as corporate governance in listed companies, capital market activity, complex contractual engagements, intellectual property, and market regulation.

 

Master of Law (LL.M.), Public Law program (1472)

Designed for jurists interested in issues such as: investigative and prosecution mechanisms, criminal and disciplinary proceedings, criminal justice management strategies and sentencing policies.

 

Master of Law (LL.M.), Criminal Law Program (1473)

Designed for jurists interested in enriching their understanding in areas such as: human rights, administrative law, local authority law and commercial public law.

Thesis tracks:

 

Master of Law (LL.M.), The Zvi Meitar Center for Advanced Legal Studies (1433)

The center for Advanced Legal Studies offers a variety of programs for masters and doctoral students. The Center is a beacon of academic excellence, attracting graduates from the best law schools in Israel and the world who are interested in studying law at an international level. A thesis is required for this program.

Master (M.A.) in Hebrew Law [Dinei Israel] (1441)

This program is designed for holders of a first degree (B.A.) who wish to specialize in Jewish Law. A thesis is required for this program.

Accelerated Program, LL.B. and LL.M.

The Faculty offers an accelerated program, which allows students to start their Master's degree in Law while on their final term towards their Bachelor’s degree. This program is offered to students who have attained high achievements during the first two years of first-degree studies. Requirements for this program are detailed in the regulations published on the Law Faculty website. Students on the accelerated program must pay the full fee for both degrees.
